** A £20 callout fee is charged if a customer decides to not go ahead with the repair Within Service Area
*** The £40 does not include the cost of any parts required.
*** Remote fixes are charged at £20 per hr for the first hr then £5 per extra half hr. Payment can be made by cheque or paypal.
Just £40 Within service area - if it can’t be fixed there will be no fee to pay! Fee is based on per session, per machine, per visit basis, within West Lothian area. Average visit time is two hours and discounts are available for repeat visits if required. If the PC requires returning to base then an extra charge will be applicable. We only use the best hardware which is retailed at cost + installation fee! Complete systems available on request.
